Dancewear Orders

Note on dancewear orders:

 

From next year 2t. will be handling all orders and payments for dancewear and will no longer be going through the studio.

 

This means that I will not be taking any orders personally or via whatsapp.

Please fill in the order form (found on the website under Studio Rules) which will be sent to them automatically and an invoice will be sent to you with their banking details and an estimated delivery date.

Orders will be delivered to the studio and handed out during class.

 

We will be sticking to the usual arrangement that orders will be taken in monthly as we would still like to minimize courier costs. Orders will be open all month long but only orders that are paid by the 30th of each month will be prossesed and sent for next month’s delivery date (15th of the next month)

ex:

You ordered on the 22nd of Jan and paid your order by 30th of Jan your order will be processed with January order and you will recieve it mid Feb.

You ordered on the 1st of Feb and immediately paid after the invoice was sent to you. Your order will be processed with orders that are to be paid by end Feb and you will recieve your order mid March.

You ordered on 22nd of Jan but only paid after 30th of Jan your order will be only be processed with Feb orders and you will recieve it mid March.

No orders will be placed or manufactured unless payment is received!

If it so happens that you need dancewear for an event and we have to make special arrangements to rush an order the order will have to pay for courier as well.

 

Please stick to order process and ensure that your order is paid in time.

 

Yes we have changed the uniform colors but this will be implemented over time. Existing dancers that already have the old uniform that dont need to order can continue practising in the old colors until they outgrow them.

 

ALL DANCERS ARE TO PLEASE ATTEND ALL CLASSES IN THEIR FULL UNIFORM.

This is very important for me to see what their bodies are doing to develop correct tehnique, little ones hold their skirts to develop their arms and feet strengthen when working inside of ballet shoes.

For the colder days we have options available like wrap tops, ballet jerseys and legwarmers. A long sleeve t shirt or vest may be worn over your uniform but no big bulky jackets please.

Please tie up your hair so it does not hang in your face or gets in the way when working on your hands and no hats/hoodies/beanies will be allowed.

 

I trust that any dancer understands that uniform is part of the disipline and there to help you develop in your training. I will be very strict on this in the coming year.

 

As uniform is made to orders and can take some time I always allow some time for new dancers to order their uniform but as we have events early in the 2nd term I would like to urge all dancewear to be ordered by the end of the first term.

 

To aid in this matter we would like to give you a lay buy option on the payment:

 

You may split your dancewear order into 3 payments (Jan, Feb, March). This amount will be added to your monthly class fee and you will recieve your order once the full amount has been received (end March).

If you would like to make use of this option please indicate this on your order form. Please note this is only valid for the 1st term and all lay buy orders must be placed before 1 January 2026.

 

EARLY BIRD ORDER INCENTIVE:

All full kit orders that are paid by 31 Dec will recieve their order in a complementary drawstring bag during Open House Week when we open.
